Experience Swiss urban art

As the name suggests, urban art can usually be found in an urban context. The concept therefore fits Zurich Airport in two ways: the microcosm of the airport itself and the Circle as a new, urban district.

Find out more about the three Swiss artists and the works they designed specially for the airport below.

Fabian «BANE» Florin

Bane
Fabian Florin, who as an artist goes by the name “Bane”, grew up and still lives in Chur. He is one of the most successful urban artists in Switzerland and has created international artworks.
Bane's impressive artwork immerses the observer in a new world where they can let go. He achieves this by using the space and its reflections, and incorporates this mood and momentum in his artwork. To make his work as realistic as possible, Bane organised a photoshoot at an indoor pool, which served as a model for him.
