Your upgrade at Zurich Airport – ZRH Comfort

Yes, you can book ZRH Comfort for any passenger with a valid boarding pass – for yourself and everyone you’re travelling with. ZRH Comfort will automatically be activated on the boarding pass of every passenger for whom you have booked ZRH Comfort.

If you have not received a confirmation email and you booked as a guest, please contact us using the support form. We will process your request as quickly as possible.

If your flight has been cancelled, you can cancel your booking online until the originally scheduled time of departure and get a refund. Our cancellation period of 24 hours does not apply in this case. Your refund will be issued to your chosen payment method within a few working days. The Zurich Airport gift card can be selected when choosing the payment method (“Boncard”). The next step is to enter the card number and the CVV code.

The credit will be loaded back onto the gift card. You should therefore keep the gift card after using it and not throw it away.

Yes, it is possible to book ZRH Comfort as a transfer passenger, but under limited conditions. Only the ZRH Club can be used, the Security Fast Track benefit is not available in this case. Please note that the ZRH Club is located in the Schengen area of the airport. Non-Schengen travelers should allow sufficient time for entry into the Schengen area or exit into the non-Schengen area in order to visit the ZRH Club.

The ZRH Club is open from 05:00am to 10:00pm and is therefore not suitable for overnight stays. For an overnight stay, please contact the Transit Hotel at Zurich Airport:

ZRH Club is the exclusive lounge for ZRH Comfort guests. Here you can sit comfortably, order a drink and a premium snack from our selection of food and drinks, and enjoy watching the planes take off and land. ZRH Club is located after security in the middle of the airport between the Center Bar and Villa Antinori. Once you’ve passed through security, simply follow the signs.
