Our range of sports offers variety and helps you stay fit.
MIA (Myofascial Integrated Alignment) yoga focuses on your fascial meridians and takes the form of dynamic and powerful yoga flows. We start with a short breathing sequence, followed by exercises to improve your mobility, strength and flexibility. The sessions are open to all levels. Whether you're a beginner or already an experienced yogi, you're sure to enjoy this course.

- To take part in the lessons, you must register on Seline's website.
- If possible, please bring your own yoga mat. A few mats will be provided on site.
- No cloakroom on site (only space for coats & jackets). Please use the official Circle cloakrooms or change in the office.

The Swiss City Boot Camp is an intensive, effective full-body workout. Train and increase your fitness and strength in interval sessions held outside in the fresh air, accompanied by professional instructors. Your training equipment – besides your own body weight – includes all the obstacles along the route. The intensive interval training is designed to increase your fitness and strength. Each 60-minute training session burns around 600-800 calories.
We can gear the training to your needs, goals and fitness levels in group or individual sessions. Our offering is thus geared to both advanced participants and beginners.

To take part in the sessions, you need to register with Swiss City Boot Camp and buy credits, after which you will be able to book the classes.

Mario Schierok – Running and triathlon coach

Mario was an active triathlete for over 25 years, during which time he completed well over 150 triathlon races and numerous running competitions. He has been active as a running and triathlon coach for six years and set up his own company, Scirocco Coaching, 2.5 years ago. Mario has a C licence from the DTU and is an XTRI coach. He has already led various training camps, is active as a personal trainer in running and swimming and has supported over 80 athletes with individual training plans during his time as a coach.
Training programme
- 5 min Warm-Up
- 5-10 min Running technique/ Running ABC
- 20 min Interval training (HIIT) e.g. 10 x 1 min / 1 min pause
- 10 min cool down
