System for all staff at Zurich Airport

The web application supports operating personnel at Zurich Airport in particular. The goals of the AOP are as follows:

  • Ensuring an overview of the current and forecasted operating situation by visualising aircraft, passenger and baggage data, among others
  • Recognising discrepancies by inspecting data in order to make the appropriate decisions, e.g. optimised planning of infrastructure and personnel
  • Optimisation of planning at short notice  (tactical control) as an additional tool for strategic planning (Better)
  • Increased punctuality in operation and improved passenger satisfaction

Access to the AOP

If you have already received an e-mail on registration, you can log in with the general log-in data for your company (e-mail).

If you don’t have access to the AOP yet, you can apply with your Business email address for this below. FZAG employees must request the access via IAM Order Portal (Omada Identity Cloud).

 

Agile development of the AOP

The AOP is not launched as a finished product, but is instead constantly optimised and supplemented with new functions. These additional functions are continuously defined, which gives the operational units the possibility of shaping the functions according to their needs.
