Services for passengers with reduced mobility at Zurich Airport. To take advantage of this service, please notify your travel agent or airline of your need for assistance at the time of booking, but at least 48 hours before departure. Flughafen Zürich AG offers assistance to passengers whose mobility is restricted due to a disability. The service is provided free of charge and accompanies you from your arrival at the airport to your aircraft seat or from your aircraft seat to the arrivals hall, passing through all the necessary points.
