Would you like exclusive, personal assistance at the airport along with the utmost discretion? If so, our VIP Service is just for you. Our services are not just for government representatives and celebrities, but all passengers who wish to travel more comfortably – regardless of airline or booking class. Most services can be booked individually or in combination with each other.
Departure
Personal assistance from check-in to the aircraft: your personal VIP agent will greet you at an agreed meeting point. Our porter service will look after your baggage. You will be assisted at Check-in and accompanied through all the security checkpoints. Following your stay in our exclusive Zurich Airport VIP lounge, we will drive you in our limousine directly to your aircraft.
If you combine this service with our door-to-door service, our limousine will pick you up from your home, hotel or office.
Arrival
Exclusive assistance from the aircraft to the exit: your personal VIP agent will pick you up at your aircraft and drive you by limousine to the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge, where you can relax and freshen up. You will be given priority at passport control. The porter will have your baggage ready for you at the agreed location and we will say goodbye to you there.
If you combine this service with our door-to-door service, our limousine will drop you off at your home, hotel or office.
Transit
Enjoy your transit time in the VIP Lounge: we will pick you up at the aircraft and drive you by limousine to the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge. Enjoy our exquisite cuisine and let our Maître de Lounge take care of your every need. You will be given priority at the security check and passport control. As soon as your connecting flight is ready, we will drive you to the aircraft by limousine.
Door to door
Travel comfortably from and to the airport: you can also book our limousine for an efficient and comfortable journey to the airport or from there to your destination.
Please note that this service can only be booked in combination with our VIP Departure or Arrival Service.
Zurich Airport VIP Lounge
Relax, freshen up, and enjoy a snack in the quiet, exclusive atmosphere of our lounge: our Maître de Lounge would be pleased to look after you during your stay in the Zurich Airport VIP Lounge. We also offer shower suites, work and relaxation rooms, as well as a smoking lounge with a large selection of fine cigars. If you would prefer even more peace and quiet and greater discretion, book our Zurich Suite – the lounge in the lounge.
