Construction work from 19 October 2024 until the 19th of March 2025
The baggage carousels at Check-in 1 at Zurich Airport have reached the end of their useful life and need to be replaced. In a first step, 23 carousels at the northern end of Check-in 1 will be replaced between 29 October 2024 and 19 March 2025.
This has an impact on the passengers for Swiss International Airlines, Lufthansa, Aegean, Austrian Airlines, Edelweiss Air, Brussels Airlines, Croatia Airlines so as Vueling and Easy Jet.

Check-in for First, HON, Senator, Star Gold, Business guests and frequent travellers will take place in Check-in 1, North. You will find an additional Business Class counter in Check-in 3.
Economy and Premium Economy passengers should please use the counters in Check-in 3.
The check-in for PRM - Assistance, AVIH - Pet on Hold and UMNR - UnaccompaniedChildren for all flight classes will take place in Check-in 1.
Same-day ticket office: A same-day ticket office is available from 10:00 until 18:00 in Check-in 3.

You bring someone to the Airport
If you are dropping off a passenger who is flying with Swiss, Lufthansa, Austrian Airlines, Aegean, Edelweiss, Brussels Airlines or Croatia Airlines, sufficient waiting positions are available at the end of the curbside lane. Departing passengers should make for the last entrance to Check-in 2 guiding people towards Check-in 3.
