Tickets for Observation Deck B can be purchased at the cashier at the entrance to the deck. Annual passes and multiple entry tickets can also be purchase in the Airport Shop.

Like regular travelers, visitors of the observation deck B also pass through a security check. There may be waiting times - please allow sufficient time for your visit.

Larger items of luggage and shopping bags can be deposited in the SBB lockers (Level 01) or the baggage storage at the airport (Check-in 2).

Strollers as well as drinks and food for personal use are allowed on the observation deck.

• The entrance to Observation Deck B is located at Check-in 2.
• To enter Observation Deck B, you will pass through a security check – as you would when boarding a flight. To prevent delays, please prepare for this check as you would for a flight (empty your pockets, remove your belt, etc.)
• ID or Passport will not be required to enter our observation deck. 
• Due to distancing regulations, there may be longer waiting times at the security check.
• There is no need to register groups for a visit on the observation deck.
• In the event of weather warnings or for safety reasons, Observation Deck B may be closed at short notice.
• Dogs are not permitted, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs (identification checks possible).
• Hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 60 x 40 x 20 cm is permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• For safety reasons, kickboards, skateboards and inline skates are not permitted.
• There is no access to the boarding gates via the observation deck.
• Larger pieces of luggage must be stored prior to accessing the observation deck.
